The CXB-Tech Process
1. Budget Sheet
After the initial consultation, we will develop a detailed, custom, line-item budget sheet detailing every projected expense as the initial estimate of projected costs. During construction, this budget sheet will be updated with actual costs providing real-time information on how the project is trending—based on the overall budget.
2. Design Collaboration
You will join our team of premier architects and designers. We’ll ensure your project is designed at the onset by a team of professionals collaborating from the ground up insuring architectural, interior, and exterior design integrity are all part of the initial process.
3. Welcome to the Team
You will receive an invitation to our internet portal where your dashboard provides crucial daily statistical and economic information; paperless, real-time and at the speed of light. You’ll be able to access it no matter where in the world you are or what device you are using.
4. Schedule and Management
You will be assigned a team comprised of a Superintendent, Project Manager, and Assistant Project Manager. Each and every day, you will receive notifications of job progress and pictures to keep you fully informed. All project information, comments, and notifications are available for 24/7 review.
5. Completion
At completion, you will be joined by your team and Mike Holland for a comprehensive walk-through. You will be provided all documentation for the components in your new home—including a PDF containing invoices, lien waivers, agreements, comments, and photographs of the project.
6. Warranty
The CXB-Tech benefits will provide access to the warranty module making it easy to request and document repairs during the warranty period. You’ll receive automated notification of scheduled warranty repairs as well as a record of completion and all notes.
